The Kelowna Apple Triathlon Society is a non profit Society which is made up of approximately 50 Directors and coordinators. These people volunteer their time to organize this race, which takes 12 months.

In addition to these people are the many hundreds of volunteers who give their time during the week of the Apple Triathlon in the setup, take-down, marshalling, athlete services and in overseeing the administration of the race itself.
